IISE (Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers) is the global association of productivity and efficiency professionals specializing in industrial engineering, healthcare, ergonomics and other related professions. IISE is where these varied fields come together to advance the engineering profession through networking, training, and knowledge sharing. IISE was formerly called IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineers) but changed the name to add “systems” as the discipline has evolved with the times.
IISE Chapter 247 is located in the Upstate of South Carolina but draws members from through South Carolina and its neighboring states. We aim to provide a forum for networking and advancement of Industrial and Systems Engineering in our region.
